Terrible
July 11, 2024After multiple complaints about noise and safety issues. They don't take an issues that you will have seriously! We have made multiple noise complaints about our neighbors and they still have not done anything to resolve it. It has gotten to the point that the disk lights on our ceiling are falling out because they are so noisy! The neighbors that live beside us have been having screaming matches with themselves to the point we have had to call the police because it is such a disturbance. We are ...really disappointed with this property. I got shot by a BB Gun from one of the tenants while walking down the stairs and if they don't take these safety issues seriously then I will be finding a way out of my lease on there dime.Property Manager Responded

Friendly staff and spacious units

Love this place!
September 6, 2023I recently moved into Cyan and have been very happy. They had multiple floor plans available within my needs and price range. Sonora was very helpful throughout the process. She was very prompt and friendly even when I had a ton of questions. The staff is always cleaning the property and the pool area. July 20, 2023I was one of the first tenants of this apartment complex, a few months ago the administration changed, the company BH or livebh, they sent a current Manager, she is totally rude, arrogant, to date I continue arguing for the exaggerated charges that according to her she made in the apartment, with very high amounts, in the last weeks while she was there, the dirty and green pool, the dirty areas, the stairs, and if you want to leave a claim there, and they don't want to attend to you, the ...situation is worse, you can call salt, NO MOVE HERE PLEASE. They never answer the emails, I had to go to another level of mediator, company please if you want someone who is above this person can contact me, I had never seen such pathetic treatment from a manager ... Unsafe apartment
October 6, 2022I am staying here for past 3 months and seen about 5-6 apartment break in/Theft case. Jewelry/Passport/document was stolen. Thieves are breaking the glass of car and taking stuff, they are taking all wheels of the cars. We are very scared about the safety of our stuff and family. Today it has happened to my neighbor. We have been bringing it to management but they are doing nothing. They have got patrolling person but of no use as they just keep making rounds on certain frequency in the outer ...part of the building. If patrolling person is there and still happening then what is the use of patrolling , Remove them and do something else for safety. Tailgating is a big problem, Unauthorized people are coming to the community. I asked them to install Barrier like only one car passing at a time. Have more cameras and setup monitoring control center . We are very scared staying at this community. Management is doing nothing to help us .Property Manager Responded

I actually live here
August 4, 2022I live at this property and I have had nothing but a pleasant time. The package delivery service that they have is great. Delivers our packages at a specific time on a specific day upon request. I live facing the pool and work from home, I have never seen dogs in the pool. Poor Security
September 16, 2021August 2021 I am a resident of the complex. For now my review if there were 0 stars it would be better, terrible management, to begin with they only focus on renting apartments, they do not care about your requirements after signing the contract, once you sign the contract they do not care about the requests you need. They do not care about your complaints about what is wrong, and so many irregularities that exist within the complex. You have to live here to realize all the flaws there are. ...The management does not care if you have a problem inside your apartment, they do not care if the common areas of the buildings are cleaned, they only care if they rent the apartments and then you will sign the contract and you have to stay for a year to fulfill the contract. It is supposedly a non-smoking and smoke-free complex, but that's a lie. If you want to live in building 7 you will be treated as the worst customer in the complex. They only care that you sign and comply and if you make a mistake you will have to pay dearly. They are only going to show you on the tour how beautiful the complex is, but never what they don't clean, never ugly, never what you have to do. once you are a resident, they will not care about your complaints. THINK VERY WELL BEFORE COMING TO LIVE HERE, while this current management property is here. they do not focus on the concerns of the residents. September 2021 If you wish to take a relax at the pool be aware of the dogs because they are swimming in the pool, they use the pool at the same time that you want to get a relax. I have been robbed at the parking lot, It is the Fifth issue that I know about stolen cars, I hope The new management fix all the problems around this complex.Property Manager Responded

ZERO SECURITY
August 23, 2021In the early morning hours, today August 23rd, at least 5 vehicles were broken into. When I moved in less than a month ago Davis Development had a marked security vehicle and patrol officer that cruised through here all night, every night. Since Greystar acquired this property on August 11th, nothing has been right. Gates are constantly broken, people don't pick up after their dogs poop.. Here in building 7, we've had numerous domestic violence calls to one particular apt in a 4 day period of ...time but management wasn't aware of police calls. All we get is excuses from manager saying to give them 30 days to turn things around. Um, no! Our property isn't safe, at all. Called Greystar to talk with Amber, Regional Manager but got a mouthy guy that would not let me finish speaking. STAY FAR AWAY from this complex, zero accountability from manager or management company. First 2 weeks here building 7 had wiring issues, thus zero tv or internet. Of course, management played the blame game on AT&T and AT&T said it was apartments issue. Nevertheless, I lost my stay at home job due to no internet. Management DOES NOT care. They refuse to accept responsibility for not having security. It's truly sad to pay this much money for an apartment where management company passes the buck. Just know that I will stay up all night on my balcony and will guard my vehicle and my neighbors. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. They truly need to get the after hours security back on the job. Also, in the past few months, before security, several cars were left on blocks because rims were stolen. Greystar has left us with zero security! STAY FAR AWAYProperty Manager Responded
