NOT WORTH. Will cheat you out of deposit
August 3, 2022Moved out July 27 we are clean renters have one kid 9 years old and a cat. We paid our deposit for apartment and pet pet alone was 400 dollars we did not even get 200 back. Even after paying for the apartment to be professionally cleaned. We were charged and itemized with made up damages or odors so that we didnt get one cent back. Manager Kim calls back a few days later saying there was a mistake and we would get a refund back. Show up in person retracts from statement. Overall find a better ...place to rent pool is probably the only thing that is worth it. And the community of people that live there. The entrance gate stays open, we had our car broken into, units need updating they are no longer "luxury" its all cheap materials. And manager lies and deceives to cash in on your deposit. Do not rent here
June 16, 2022They will charge as much money as they can after move out and conveniently forget to send receipts and letters saying you are free of any debts after your lease is up. Kimberly is the worst property manager. Any time I had a request she couldn’t fulfill it. Wouldn’t respond to calls and would end calls when she didn’t feel like concerning herself with the problems at hand. The gate was always broken. The pool was always dirty and when complaints were made, we were told “it’s just like the ...lake.” They need Dorothy and Wayne back. The place went downhill crazy fast after they were replaced. Move-out issues
December 3, 2021I moved out of these apartments in July (2021). I cleaned my apartment prior to move out and had no damages -- the door knob on the front door had jammed the week before I moved out, so the desk clerk's husband had come and helped me get back into my apartment and change out the door handle because there was no maintenance on the grounds at that time. (THEY are great people!!!) Today is December 3. I have been communicating with the apartment manager since November 3 (again, I moved out on July ...28), trying to get my initial deposit. So far, I have not received a check. I have not received an itemized list of charges. I don't know what I was charged for or not charged for or why. Each time we communicate, I'm given the answer that it will be about two weeks. I was initially told that I had been reported to collections for unpaid rent -- even though I had paid rent -- and I had to actually show proof to them that I had paid my rent. Then, I was told that I actually had NOT been reported to collections -- but still no itemized list of charges. IF you choose to live here, plan to be really diligent about monthly paperwork and keeping in touch about your deposits after move out. December 29, 2018Not worth the high cost of rent. The “security” gate is always mechanically broken allowing anyone to enter. The pool is too small for the amount of residents. The new manager is rude snd has no clue about property management and or service.Property Manager Responded
