The staff could use training in customer relations, the unit need major repairs from the kitchen cabinets that were falling apart, garbage disposal shoots food particles back out into your face and eyes due to the missing/worn rubber drain shield, Management inquire if I lived there when taking trash to dumpster because of the trash and furniture piled up from the high turnover of people leaving. Presidential (I want single anybody out but have that right) after stopping by the office and there was not any notice that any staff would be entering the apartment. Additionally I was told they didn't have too. This a fraction of whats to come for those who may have a positive feeling in the meantime but will witness a change for the worse when they decide to move elsewhere. I was told, I saw first hand. The unit condition, Maintenance, Management I give a failing grade.
