Management is very poor. Terrible experience as a resident. Had a broken draw for the entire year I’ve stayed there. Nosy neighbors! People getting shot up in the area! Just all around terrible. Huge apartments though with a balcony so it’s like.. you can’t even enjoy that benefit in peace. Management watching from the top at the pool and being harassing. You pay rent on time and have to wait months before a deposit is given back. I Would not recommend this place at all.

I’ve called the leasing office many times a day for weeks because they’re saying they have availability and i’m looking for a place to stay but these people always send you to voicemail after the 3rd ring! the guys in the office are very dismissive and they don’t take into consideration anything you’re saying . They just rush you , hand you papers and say call i’m to check but never get back to you!

I have been living here for two years. Stove still doesn’t work. A/C never works. Apartment filled with mold. It leaks so you don’t know when the person upstairs will cave in. So many roaches. The halls and stairs are always so dirty. People leave trash everywhere. People smoke in the halls. It always smells horrible. There is no way to contact them and when you do, they do nothing.

Roaches everywhere, they never spray or clean graffiti. We've been without a laundry for 3 weeks and I doubt they will be fixing it any time soon. This is in 2020. Its pathetic. THREE management companies in less than 8 months, they switch the way to make your rent payment every month and will NOT alert you.

If your are looking for somewhere to stay with easy approval and people that work with you . . . By all means this will be a great place temporarily for you and your family. I moved into my apartment September of 2017. Since I had already read reviews, and had family that lived in these apartments some years ago, I could tell that they were at least trying to clean up their act (or so I thought). However, the walls are SUPER THIN!!! I can hear people's children crying from inside their apartments ...
down the hall. I can literally hear my next door neighbor sneeze! The hallways are ALWAYS FILTHY (which I honestly cant blame mngmnt for because I run into the cleaning guy almost every other day OMW to work). The elevators are down months at a time (Which is very unfortunate, seeing that a lot of older and disabled individuals live here). Rent just keeps going up, but you can never get someone to answer or return a call from the rent office (Mngmnt team sucks at communicating properly). They have "security" that they honestly need to fire(and take off of the rent if it is included in their bottom line). They pick and choose who and when they check. I was told that their purpose for being there is "to make sure no one is overstaying their welcome" being that these apartments are income based and all income must be accounted for. Other than that "What security?!?!?" You can literally schedule a time to meet with someone, make arrangements with your job, show up to the meeting just to have someone else tell you that the person you've come to see is the only individual that can help you and that they left for the day! They seem to switch property management every year. The only thing that you count on being consistent at this complex is rent day and roaches. With all of this being said, I CANT WAIT TO MOVE!!!!

I made an appointment on May 14tg to view the studio Apartment for May 15, 2018. I took in an extended lunch and scheduled my viewing for 1:15 PM. I arrived at the security gate gave the officer my name and I was listed as a potential renter drove in and I could not find the leasing office. I called the leasing office and a leasing agent by the name of Porsche answered the phone and I asked where is the leasing office her reply was do you have an appointment and the said yes I do 1:15 PM. said it had been raining and we are not showing properties on today. I told her I gave her my name and number on yesterday and why didn’t she called me to inform me of this policy of not showing apartments in the rain, her reply was: “We don’t have time to call everyone that made an appointment to reschedule. I told her that I am on the property now and it’s not raining and she proceeded to tell me I’m sorry I don’t know what to tell you. “We don’t have golf carts And you can drive your car in the rain but I’m not driving mine. I told her again that it was not raining and I was there for my 1:15 PM appointmt and I took an extended lunch hour to view the apartment. Her response again I don’t know what to tell you. She proceeded to say that we have people here in the office signing leases and I don’t have time to continue talking with you. I told her I will be contacting the corporate office and she replied by saying “do what you have to do”. Where do they find these people to run their business. I was extremely offended, frustrated and humiliated. Cypress Grove apartment management in Lauderhill Florida you have to do better in selecting people to represent your business. I assumed her attitude was justified in her mind due to the fact that it is an income restricted property And she can treat people any kind of way due to their financial Inability to afford a nicer apartment complex.

Please dont be fooled by these inaccurate reviews this place has so many fire hazards in the hallways, crackheads sleeping in the hallway and a sometime want to do their job security staff. We also have property caretakers but it doesn't make a difference because the hallway/stairs are always dirty.
