The Alta Cypress Team Makes It A Great Place To Call Home
April 22, 2025I have lived at Alta Cypress for almost 3 years, and I have to say it has been an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE!! Having never lived in an apartment community before, I was a bit leery about what to expect, but the management staff and maintenance team have been truly amazing. My lease ended yesterday, and I have go say it is bittersweet. If home is where the heart is, then the staff at Alta Cypress has so much heart that they make this property a beautiful place to call home!Review from Apartments.com
The hood, loud
March 21, 2025This place is full of fake reviews. It's a market strategy. There's cops here alot, cars being messed with, loud rap music from 6pm - 5 am . No parking. Sketchy people, drug heads and lots of noise. This place is. Bad it looked great but renting a room here was a bad idea it's literally the hood a lot of times.Property Manager Responded

Excuses Excuses Excuses
January 14, 2024This property is pretty, but thats about where it ends. The features in the apartments are not functional, the neighbors are lazy and pile trash up waiting for the days that trash gets picked up instead of taking out themselves, so the halls start to smell like a landfill. The bottom of most staircases smell like dog poop. The main gate has been broken the entire time I have lived here and the office staff's solution is to just leave ALL gates open. One of the reasons for choosing this complex ...was due to it being gated. Customer service is terrible and when you voice your concerns, all you are met with is an entire load of excuses. Looking forward to my lease ending!!! Will never recommend it to anyone, not even an enemy.Property Manager Responded
