The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, and I was really impressed with the amenities. Jennifer Self, the property manager, is very knowledgeable and helpful! She took the time to understand what I was looking for and genuinely tried to meet my needs, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. She truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued and heard. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she has responded quickly and professionally. February 28, 2026The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the staff has always been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the grounds are kept looking nice year-round. I also appreciate how safe and welcoming the environment feels — it really makes this place feel like home. LACK OF SECURITY
May 25, 2024We've been living in this apartment for over two years now, since 2022. We've made some good memories here. Just a few weeks ago, we filled out the paperwork to move out. But what happened today really made me angry. Today's incident showed us how poorly the office handles residents' stuff. Our car was parked in someone else's spot by mistake, just five feet away from where we rented for the last 2 years. It was dark, and we didn't double-check the spot number. Honestly, this could happen to ...anyone living in an apartment. The next day, when we were getting ready to leave home, we realized our car was gone. We called the police and found out it had been towed. So, we went to the leasing office, but the person working there didn't even know what had happened. The towing company said the spot's owner had asked for our car to be towed, and the office had approved it "on paper". If only the resident had told the office first, or if the manager had let us know to move the car, this mess could've been avoided. But despite all the rules, nothing was handled properly. We had to drive 20 minutes and spend $321 to get our car back. And guess what? We ended up parking it in our spot, just five feet from where we parked it wrong in the first place. We're really disappointed that this happened without any warning, and that nobody in the office seemed to know what was going on. And to top it off, the entrance gate is broken, so anyone can walk in whenever they want. Just a heads up to everyone: keep an eye on your stuff. June 7, 2020Please adhere to the warnings about moving to this property. Management group has little experience in the way of hospitality and customer service. Gates always broken, amenities never open, dog poop everywhere, parking is a nightmare. Many properties around the area that offer way more for way lessProperty Manager Responded

Dogs
November 2, 2019People here that have dogs (which are actually allot!) don't pick up the poop!!!!!! its a horrible issues here and no one does anything about it. I haven't been here my first full year yet and its bad! The poop I seeing 90% of the time is from the bigger dogs which makes it even more horrible. Dog bags are not expensive, people that feel they don't have the time to pick of their dogs crap shouldn't be allowed to have their dogs anymore!Property Manager Responded

Happy Resident, Great Community!
June 19, 2019Love living at Cypress! The staff is wonderful and always happy to help (my go to girl is Stephanie), she's awesome and is always on top of things! Dante is the maintenance man and any issue we've ever had has always been fixed/addressed in a timely manner. The pool is great, and rarely ever packed. LOVE the new Amazon Hub they've got so I don't have to worry about office hours to make sure I get my package before closing time. All around a great community with great perks and amenities.
