June 26, 2025Cypress Point has been a very positive living experience so far. Colleen in the office is very attentive and responsive toward residents, maintenance are quick to respond and address issues, the pool is nice, great location, and it’s a pleasantly quiet environment- safety has never been a concern.Property Manager Responded

May 25, 2025Great place to live, close to the beaches, plenty of restaurants and lots of places to shop. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. Maintenance crew is always there when you need them and do a phenomenal job. Nice amenities and lots of convenient areas for packages, pets, workouts and of course the pool. May 21, 2025The bugs are getting out of hand considering how often they spray pesticides and how clean the place is overall. The amenities are nice and the parking is decent. The location is excellent and the prices aren’t terrible. They did forget to mention that the material the floor is made out is paper like and very fragileProperty Manager Responded

May 12, 2025Staff is very professional, office & maintenance. Grounds are kept up. Close to WB & downtown Wilmy. Anything you need is within walking distance. Pool w grills, workout room, Amazon lockers for pkgs. Quiet, as we are located on a cul de sac. Also staff has things like pizza, nachos, and holiday handouts at the clubhouse.
