Active construction zone
January 30, 2025They have maintenance here everyday with the exception of holidays, it is extremely loud and there is no escaping the noise. They say they operate only during business hours without considering that the people who live here do not see this as a business, but their homes.Property Manager Responded

We do our best to balance necessary maintenance with a respectful living environment, and hope residents understand that regular upkeep is necessary to maintain the quality of our community. This includes things such clearing walkways of fallen leaves/debris; performing repairs requested by residents in a timely manner; and getting apartments ready for the next renter. Work is performed during standard business hours to minimize the impact on our residents. We appreciate your perspective and the opportunity to address your concerns.
