Living here is absolutely a waste of money. If you have any issues at all they blow you off. I’m writing this as I wait for the maintenance guy who’s several hours late. I’ve been calling the maintenance line and they repeatedly hang up on me. (5 calls have been hung up on without the opportunity to even leave a voicemail).
When it snows, people let their dogs crap on the sidewalks and the property managers do nothing to clean it up or enforce owners to clean it up. This is by far the least ...
responsive and most annoying place I’ve lived. There is often dog poop that has either been stepped in and tracked through the hallways or just piles left on the sidewalks, and yes I put in complaints with the office regarding the poop that again, the office blew off.
If you don’t mind having literal poop around your apartment, and the world’s most unresponsive management team go ahead and live here
