May 8, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comLiving here is absolutely a waste of money. If you have any issues at all they blow you off. I’m writing this as I wait for the maintenance guy who’s several hours late. I’ve been calling the maintenance line and they repeatedly hang up on me. (5 calls have been hung up on without the opportunity to even leave a voicemail). When it snows, people let their dogs crap on the sidewalks and the property managers do nothing to clean it up or enforce owners to clean it up. This is by far the least ...responsive and most annoying place I’ve lived. There is often dog poop that has either been stepped in and tracked through the hallways or just piles left on the sidewalks, and yes I put in complaints with the office regarding the poop that again, the office blew off. The management has been super helpful and understanding, however moving into this complex was a nightmare. It wasnt clean, and had many unfinished areas. Also a major pest problem that they took care of, yet we still have ants all over the bathroom. Still havent had a final walk though to show paint missing and chips as well as paint on the carpet. The leasing staff are very friendly, professional, and good with communicating in a timely manner. The building was spotless and looked amazing! There is a ton of storage space. Huge closet, huge bathroom, and huge windows. Great natural lighting! Beautiful granite counter tops and all new appliances. I was stunned to see how advanced the appliances were!
