    VERY overpriced all so you can be controlled! They tell you that you can’t have a grill (most likely finds out by looking over your walls, invasion of privacy). You can’t park on the street— instead get ready for a long walk from & to your car because there’s “parking” available where your windows can get broken, car stolen, or better yet, someone can just steal pieces from it! Your house will get broken into as well. The gates don’t even work. Stay away from this place if you want privacy— WASTE ...
    OF MONEY. I will be moving soon and so will many others! This is a DICTATORSHIP, not a “community”. You WILL be uncomfortable here & treated like a child.

  • Very Happy with my home

    We love our home. The process to rent was very easy and we had an answer the next day. There was a home available and we moved in the next week. Loryn, the property manager, has been wonderful to work with, she is very responsive to questions. The home itself is spacious, and has been redone. There are brand new appliances, including a washer/dryer. The entire place had been repainted and new cabinets had been installed in kitchen. The flooring had been replaced so it all looks completely ...
    new. For those considering moving here, the neighborhood is over all very quiet and is pet friendly. The homes are nice and in great condition. The yards are fully fenced. The only draw back so far, is the fact that it is in the flight path of the AFB, but the jets only fly over a couple of times a day, so it does not prove to be a big issue.

    DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. The office people are a bunch of.....well I can't post it here but I am sure you know what I mean. They couldn't care less about you after you pay your rent. They are super rude and think the world owes them something. If you come in with a complaint they will talk over you and tell you to leave the office. They will be so nice to you when you tour and sign a lease but after that they will completely change. They expect you to worship the ground they walk on. Go ahead ...

    I have been a resident for 7 years I just want to thank Roxanne and Armando for doing a awesome job when putting in work orders they get them done Roxanne always has a pleasant attitude and smile she cares she makes it a pleasure for me to live in the community. She always has creative ideas on the events if all communities were manage like diamond vista it will be a better place to live
