Used to be Great
October 18, 2021When I first moved in, this place was great. However, they continue to outrageously increase the price of rent even though the apartments do not change. “Renovations” include new light fixtures and cheap paint- you are still stuck with old appliances. It is also NOT as safe as it used to be. Lots of drug-related criminal activity, and no one even attempts to be discreet about it.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live
April 5, 2018I have lived here at Stadium Place for a few years now, and I have really enjoyed it. The management is professional and nice, and while I did have some issues in the very beginning when I moved in, they were fixed quickly. If you are looking for a cost-efficient place to live that is kept safe, this is my recommendation. June 12, 2017I have lived at Stadium Place for 7 years and have had a great experience. If you have common sense and courtesy towards your neighbors and follow the rules, it's a quiet place. June 10, 2016All I have ever done is rent and the truth is I have never been treated so poorly as a tenant. Management is unprofessional at best. Constant harassment with unwarranted "noise" complaints and whatever else they can come up with. Definetly not for people with kids. Evicted after paying my 2nd months rent.
