Best Apartments in Aberdeen
March 20, 2025I have lived in Dakota Estates III ever since they opened in May 2023 and have loved living here. The property is alway kept clean inside and out. The staffing is great: maintenance, property manager, leasing manager, well as custodial crew. Everyone is just so friendly. Another perk of this building are the extremely spacious garages. I have one and can easily fit my standard size SUV and with plenty of room for storage. Just recently there were volleyball and pickleball courts that were added ...to the property for the residence to enjoy. I can’t wait to use these additions in the summertime.
