New management is very poor
July 23, 2023The new management is outrageously poor. Tenants are extremely dissatisfied with responses (very difficult to find someone to contact), quality of response, an added 1.5% cost added to your rent as a gratuity for management. Rent increases as often as twice a year. Just poor resolution of issues. Many tenants are either moving out, or contemplating moving out. Anyone who looks at the building should request to try to talk with existing tenants to get an accurate picture of the environment.Property Manager Responded

Dakota Lofts
January 25, 2023Dakota Lofts is of excellent quality. I enjoy the tiled showers, granite countertops, and even the closet shelving designed for hangers to slide continuously without interruption. Beyond that, I moved into an east-facing unit with a great view of downtown!Property Manager Responded

Management of Dakota Lofts
March 1, 2017I decided not to take a loft from Dakota Lofts and they would not return my $500 deposit. I do not think that is fair and not in the best interests of Legacy Real Estate when they receive a review such as mine. Very dissatisfied.Property Manager Responded
