Struggling to justify current pricing.
May 21, 2024I didn’t really know what to expect when visiting a unit at this property. Their website and listings do not provide many pictures or available layouts. That said, I kept an open mind and hoped for the best. Unfortunately, I was very underwhelmed by what was shown to me. The unit had NO special features, it felt very generic and outdated. I could not find anything in the unit or on the property to justify the steep asking price currently listed.Property Manager Responded

Great apartment, well managed, lots of space.
August 6, 2023I lived here for a bit over 2 years, and during that time I had nothing but an overall good experience. The apartment itself was in very good condition, and requests to fix anything were responded to quickly. Management was very good and I never had any issues with them. There is a dedicated package room in the front office now so packages won't ever get stolen. For the price, you gets lots of space, and the central heating/AC works very well both for how hot and how cold it can get in this area. ...I highly recommend this place for people looking to move into the area.Property Manager Responded

#1 place to live in Fargo for Apartment Living
December 16, 2022My family & I lived in the Dakota Park apartments for a few years. We loved it!! There are secure access doors to get in. Along with cameras throughout the whole apartment complex. We Always Felt safe! The apartment living was very nice! Our apartment building was nice & quiet. If anything needed fixing Maintenance was there the Next day. Friendly neighbors. Dakota park staff worked really heard to have the apartment complex clean inside & outside. As packages came in through ...online orders they would keep them in the office so people would not take them. (Grateful for them to do this because other apartments don’t do this) They go above & beyond. The office staff are so kind, any questions or concerns we had they were able to answer & take care of right away. They also know Who you are & your family. We Never felt like we were “just renters” to them. We felt appreciated! They kept up on snow removal, have- underground parking, outside garage, workout room, pool/ sauna, & community room I could go on & on about how Great Dakota Park apartments are! I rate them 11/10 stars. I Always recommend them to any of our friends & family who are looking for an apartment. Favorite apartment.
September 28, 2020I loved living at Dakota Park. It was peaceful, well kept, fast maintenance, good facilities and friendly staff. No problems during our 21month stay. We had a corner apartment that had a lot of windows and was very quiet. Snow removal was very good.Review from Apartments.com
still coming out of the recession
August 14, 2015Perfect if you work at the hospital just to the north. They are still working on getting back to where they were before the recession hit. For the most part, the remaining employees are courteous and helpful. The exercise rooms have new equipment and the guest visitor apartments have been remodeled with new furniture. There is a small pool, hot tub and sauna available. It is a bit expensive compared to comparable units in the city. but you pay for the convenience of walking distance to 2 ...hospitals, and a small shopping center with a grocery store and several popular fast food restaurants.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 26, 2015Dakota Park Apartments is a quiet, clean and calm place to live. It's an easy place to live because of the 24-hour management, maintenance and cleaning staff.
