I began my leasing experience here in June 2023, and I can say hands down they have the most responsive and helpful maintenance service. Not only so, though some have complained management has done well in addressing through Dakota Pointe community notices both marijuana use, even cigarette smoke. They communicate well, pool and office closures, as well a community socials.
It seems as if they clean the hallways at least once a month, and on the first floor I have not had any problems with ...
cleanliness. The building is quiet because even noise violations are addressed if brought to management's attention. Underground parking has been amazing though they could do better with maintaining it during the summer months when its a lot of dust and dirt. Dog poop left on the grass has not been a big issue, though it is there. In the summer the trash can is usually filled with bagged poop that people have removed from the ground. There are other careless people however who accidently may step in it and clean their shoes on the carpet upon entering the building. It has only happened once in the two years I have been here.
One thing I will say, is that it can get a little pricey after your first year here. Everything seems to go up! But even that is something that the office manager seems to be willing to address if your rental history with them has been positive. At present, it is a GREAT place to live, and I do not have any regrets renting here.
