has very cheap paint that chips and scrapes off easily, kitchen cabinets that are glued shut so you can’t use them, gaping holes near the window seal in my bathroom that could let critters in. i had to foam up the window crack myself because the maintenance man never came back after fixing the kitchen wall to close the window crack like he said he would. and he also didn’t come back to sand or paint over the spackle in the kitchen either. it’s okay for the price of rent, i suppose, but not worth it at all having to watch for roaches every time you turn around… the professional pictures made this place seem very nice but upon close inspection it’s super beat down.. they got me good, because i moved here from another state and was unable to inspect before renting due to timing issues but this was all that was available in the time frame of when i wanted to move so i took the risk. so partly my fault. i’ll be moving first chance i get…but this is YOUR fair warning of what to expect… also there was no toilet tissue holder in the bathroom when i moved in so i had to buy one.
