Management ignores your calls when you need them. You get an eviction notice on the door on the 7th if not paid by the 5th, even if you have prior contact about a payment delay. They don't care. Lift Station Alarm goes off weekly At Minimum. That's right an alarm sometimes at 1am sometimes at 3pm its fun to guess when jr will hapen next. Raise prices without fixing anything on property or upgrading. Still going downhill from when I moved in. Don't do it if you don't have to.

My mom went in there to fill out a application and had everything and was ready to apply, the leasing Agent Beth. She was handling my moms app we got everything in and once she received the application she called my mom she was on speaker and my family heard a very demeaning and evil tone and she was demanding addresses and labels of each time my mom was paid. She told her initially one month is fine then changed her story and demanded 6. And she was treated us like we were drug dealers. We do ...

not recommend moving her due to the judgement accusation, and derogatory additude with no respect for people needing a place to move

The apartments themselves are outdated, but they're spacious. It's really a trade off and it's not like you're paying luxury prices. The management is super friendly and really easy to approach and talk to. The complex itself is well maintained and in a good area. Pretty quiet too.

Dalton Place Apartments is a good place if you're going for a short time stay. It's not worth the money the staff don't do repairs on time I've been waiting 3 months for my ceiling to be repaired there are too many cats in the trash so trash is strewn about daily and raccoons sometimes / take the trash as well someone has been coming in and out of my apartment I believe through the ceiling as we have a crawl space up there taking things so now this is not a good place to shop around before ...
