Good Price, Bad workmanship

I've lived in this apartment for almost a year. I got a really great price for a 2BR mostly because we moved in November. It's small, however has great features such as in-unit washer and dryer, garbage disposal, ice maker, jets in the tub, etc. Everything was new, however after living there for a short time you could tell that even though it seemed nice, the quality of the cabinetry and other fixtures were bought cheaply and installed poorly. another and a lot of fixtures (door handles, blinds, TP holder) have simply fallen off or broken. Some good points though: Not too far from Howard El, the neighborhood has a lot of families, close to Jewel & Clark St., etc.
