Awful experience very poorly ran.
January 17, 2025Called multiple times to set up an appointment to view a unit I had applied for and was cancelled on multiple times. Finally went to go see the unit and was shown a completely different unit then I had applied for and was told the one I had applied for was not available. Was then shown a different floor plan and was told it would be held for me until the following afternoon, went in the next morning to sign the lease and was told that unit was just leased to someone else. worst leasing experience once of my life
January 14, 2025Complete circus to lease: a from no one ever answering the phone, to documents being supplied over and over again. Leasing from the place is a shell game. Finally, the computer application confirmed my move in date (i had furniture coming from Michigan and north Carolina) and took my deposit on the loft they --again lost my application (after i put a deposit on the space). The entire management of this apartment is done a poorly functioning computer application. Hands down the ...worst experience of my life and a circus at best.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
