Property is well maintained in near the leasing office, but the further you go- the worse it gets. Dog poop everywhere, the dog park STINKS and looks like it’s never even been hosed down. They charge guests to park here, or risk being towed. Always cops here. Apartment is nice at first glance, but the closer you look it’s truly a landlord special. Storage is severely lacking. And did I mention dog poop EVERYWHERE?

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns and want to assure you that we take them seriously. Our maintenance team works diligently to keep the community clean, including regular cleanups of pet waste. We also rely on our residents to help by reporting those who do not clean up after their pets, as we actively fine violators to encourage responsibility.
To further improve the situation, we have ordered additional dog waste stations to be placed throughout the property. Regarding the dog park, we will ensure it receives more frequent maintenance and sanitation to enhance its condition.
As for parking, our guest policy is in place to help ensure that residents have access to parking. However, we are always open to feedback on how we can improve the experience for everyone.
