Actually, we rarely raise rent, but if we do, it's never more than 5% and the conversation begins 3 to 6 months before your renewal so you aren't surprised at the 11th hour.

March 13, 2026When we first moved into these apartments they were nice enough, a little outdated but nice. When the Londons took over they immediately showed care and concern for each Tennant. September 24, 2024We've been renting from the Londons for over two years. They are head and shoulders above the rest. They are quick to respond to any issues that may arise. They do a great job of communicating with us, as well as maintaining their properties.
