I moved here from California in June 2020. Between the distance and the virus, Alexis in the leasing office moved everything along nicely. She even sent me a picture of my patio so I could see the location in the complex. Set up like condos with private entrance and nice size patio. Had a few concerns, which were dealt with quickly. My oven wasn't working correctly and it was replaced with a brand new one today by Scott and Devin. All the staff here are very friendly. The grounds nicely ...

Alexis in the office provides great service with care, consideration, and courtesy. The maintenance team is on the ball and everything is clean and laid out well. This is a BEAUTIFUL place to live. The staff is so friendly and was always there to answer questions in a timely manner. Maintenance crews were available to fix anything that you needed and most requests would be completed the same day that they were sent in. Staff is so rude!!! The attitude is like you are begging them to live in this apartment. Seriously? I've never seen any "luxury" rental building like this. For whoever owned this property, I suggest you change the management team. They are irresponsible, careless and not willing to help tenants. For whoever is interested in this place, do yourself a favor and look for somewhere else. Believe me. I would gave it negative stars if I could.

The Property Management, Maintenance and even the seasonal help, are all polite and courteous and eager to work with us to resolve any issues that may arise. I sold my house over two years ago in hopes of finding a new place to call home without the yard work and burdens of home ownership. There are many options in Webster but I chose Daniels Creek for the many pluses it had. I have a three bedroom, two bath unit with my own entrance, private patio and best of all I can have both my dogs here with me.
