not worth it
November 11, 2020Rent is too high not worth it. Have a terrible ant problem. Covid has hit a lot off people hard they will not work with you. They reject any aid given to people who jobs are affected by this pan epidemic. Manager Tony is disrespectful terrible people skills. Not enough parking / no walkability
June 6, 2019There is not enough parking here. Half the spots are garages for rent and nobody rents them. (or they rent them and store junk in there and not cars) You will have to get all your visitors guest passes or their cars will be towed. (better hope you know you have a visitor before the office closes for the evening!) If you get home past 8 or 9pm the closest spot be a 5-6 min walk away. Management does not respond to any concerns or complaints about parking and they have no solution. There is not a ...sidewalk on the main road to get out of the complex, so be prepared to nearly get hit by a car every time you leave on foot to walk or run. Theres also no sidewalks on any of the streets around the complex so its hard to walk/run/ride a bike around here without going onto the shoulder of a road and just praying a car doesn't hit you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 11, 2018I have lived in 2 different apartments at Darby Court for almost a year now. I started with a town home, then downgraded to a 1 bedroom. My experience has been good! The staff is very helpful, especially Tressie (spelling?) she is always available for any questions or concerns! The maintenance is okay. Sometimes they get overloaded & can't make it to me but I haven't had any major emergencies so it's okay. The complex is always clean! The only thing I dislike is that there's only one area for ...trash so if you live on the other side of the complex, you'll need to drive your trash over. Which I understand helps keep the complex clean but it's kind of inconvenient...all in all, I would recommend! I have no major complaints.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
