Outstanding Management and a Fantastic Living Experience

I’ve lived in this apartment for the past two years, and I’ve enjoyed my experience here. The only reason I’m moving is because I’m relocating out of state or otherwise, I would have renewed my lease. The building itself is very well maintained, clean, and quiet. I’ve never had issues with other residents, and management does an excellent job coordinating inspections and maintenance. The parking garage includes EV chargers, which has been a huge plus for us. it’s spacious with excellent natural light. Another major benefit is that parking and storage are included. I especially want to give a shoutout to Joe. He has been incredibly helpful throughout our time here. He’s professional, friendly, responsive, and always quick to address any questions or concerns. It’s not easy to find an awesome apartment with a caring management team. If I had one minor suggestion, it would be to modernize the entry system. I personally would prefer a code based system instead of traditional keys. That said, this is just a preference and not an issue. Overall, this has been a wonderful place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and a friendly management team.

This is an excellent property and we were really impressed with the build quality and the layout of each of the apartments. The virtual tour is exactly what you will see and experience when you get here. A good sign of all the things that we eventually came to benefit from as residents started with the excellent, professional, and prompt communication with Joe at Corvo properties, starting with a quick reply after we messaged them here on apartments.com. Within a few days we already had an in ...
person tour and we signed shortly after, considering the major bang for your buck that you get with the included storage and available garage parking, not to mention the excellent people running the show at David at 775. I was surprised at how insulated the walls and doors are of the property and I was able to play some pretty decent volume music in a bedroom and not have much noise leakage at all go into the living room and other bedroom within an apartment. The garage takes up the majority of the first floor and is temperature controlled which is also a very nice touch. The windows open wide and the interior lighting is plentiful (to the point of us not needing our standing lamps!) while the central air conditioning and heating runs strong and quiet. It's also important to mention that they will work with you if you are a medical resident affiliated with any of the hospitals doing the lease guarantee programs. Any new property is not without its growing pains but these issues are to be expected with anybody coming in as the very first residents of the property, and they are immediately and completely addressed by the management as they come. None of these issues have impacted our quality of life here at David at 775. It helps a ton that Joe and his team is so responsive and friendly! (Corvo Properties, please give your team a raise, they are doing excellent!) As for honest, specific criticism, I will only say that the parking spaces seem to be painted pretty narrow and that the area will be what it is, but with available EV chargers, multiple locked entryways, and a cool screen-based entry system this is a relative non-issue. The kitchen sink also does not have a disposal and there is no towel rack (neither for hand towel or bath towels) within the bathrooms which are features I do miss from my old place.
