Today, I arrived exactly at noon for my scheduled appointment. After checking in, I waited for about 15 minutes without receiving any update. After those 15 minutes, Angelica came out and told me, “I won’t be long, I’m going to take them on a tour and I’ll be right back. Please wait.” She then proceeded to take another family on a tour, even though I had a confirmed appointment at that time.

appointment is to ensure that the time slot is reserved and honored. If another tour was going to take priority, I should have been informed in advance or rescheduled accordingly.
