Thank you for your interest in our community! The Dawson invites you to experience luxury living in our vibrant, welcoming community. Experience comfortable, carefree living in our 1- & 2-bedroom luxury apartments. The Dawson offers a variety of floor plans to meet your needs. All apartments include full baths, fully equipped kitchens, including refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher. Each unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Along with other apartment amenities, tenants have access to a community room with a kitchen, library with free WI-FI, and an exercise room. All units have a sprinkler system as well as CO and smoke detectors. We also provide transportation to local doctors' appointments, shopping, and much more. The Dawson does not have garages, or covered parking areas. The rates for a 1-bedroom apartment range from $1,525.00-$1,600.00 per month. Our 2-bedroom units range from $1,775.00-$2,025.00 per month. We do require a Security Deposit which varies according to the rate of the monthly rent of the apartment. There is also a Pet fee. We allow up to 2 cats with a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per cat, along with a $25.00 monthly pet rent fee per cat. We do not allow dogs. Our professional and friendly staff are available on site to assist you. Our maintenance staff is highly qualified with over 25 years of experience. We will ensure your transition to the The Dawson will be a smooth and comfortable experience.
