Unless you want to deal with ignorance..
February 16, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comUnprofessional.. rude.. nasty.. profanity using management who think they run the world. This place is somewhere to stay away from. You cannot go through the complex to the office, you must go through highway 17/92 to do a u-turn, due to a massive sinkhole that will eventually take over the complex. Which has not been fixed over a year. You also get written up over having brooms or even chairs on your back porch. Higher management is no help.

January 25, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comMy doctor forwarded me to 211 United Way, in hopes that the association will help me find a safe place to live. Being disable mentally and physically bring lots of cumbersome concerns. Moving to DeBary Villas has been nothing but a positive experience. The manager, Ms. Spicer has fulfilled all my questions and concerns. Her professionalism quickly eases my fears of moving to a new town and a new home. She explained the rules of Debary villas before and after moving in. I found Ms. Spicer to ...be very helpful and kind, while keeping an administrator skilled mannerism. Ms. Spicer has been very helpful with the process of moving. If I was to describe Ms. Spicer, I would say that she is full of guidance and absolutely full of positively. From my experience, I can tell she enjoys helping people. Debary Villas is a very safe and positive place to live, I feel, because of the leadership of Ms. Spicer. I am truly grateful!
