June 7, 2024If you are looking for an Apartment with experienced management, lots of amenities, quiet living, a modern interior, beautiful, well-kept grounds, and easy access to local stores, restaurants, and parks, then this is your place. I lived at Desoto Town Center for four years and almost hated leaving. Kim and Sandra are great managers striving to provide their residents with the best possible experience. February 10, 2022In some aspects, I would recommend because it's near convenient stores and shopping is very accessible, whether you own a car or not. On the other hand, I'm hesitant because there are times where I don't feel safe due to the public garage and fighting amongst other residents. The back gate is never locked and anyone can walk into the building. The gate in the mail area is never locked and I've been approached by potential thiefs trying to gain access to the Luxor lockers. Also, the flood light is ...right at my bedroom window and also the light that over looks the pool in the fire pit.
