In some aspects, I would recommend because it's near convenient stores and shopping is very accessible, whether you own a car or not. On the other hand, I'm hesitant because there are times where I don't feel safe due to the public garage and fighting amongst other residents. The back gate is never locked and anyone can walk into the building. The gate in the mail area is never locked and I've been approached by potential thiefs trying to gain access to the Luxor lockers.
