Wonderful Community with Amazing Staff
April 7, 2026We had a truly wonderful experience living at this apartment community and are very grateful for our time here. From the beginning, everything was smooth and welcoming. The property is clean, well-maintained, and very peaceful, making it a comfortable place for both individuals and families. One of our favorite features was the beautiful backyard area—it’s a perfect space to relax, spend time with family, and enjoy some fresh air. The office staff deserve special recognition. They are ...incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Their communication is clear and respectful, and they genuinely care about the residents. It made a big difference for us to feel supported throughout our stay. We also appreciated the small but thoughtful details, like the complimentary sweets and snacks in the office. These gestures may seem simple, but they create a very warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Maintenance was responsive and efficient whenever needed, and the overall environment of the community always felt safe and well-managed. We are leaving with only positive memories and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and friendly place to live. You get what you paid for
March 23, 2026I lived here for some time and wanted to share a few concerns for future renters. There were ongoing maintenance issues, including HVAC reliability. The windows also didn’t seem well-sealed—you could hear wind coming through, and during colder months it made the apartment noticeably drafty. This likely contributed to higher-than-expected electric bills. Maintenance was generally responsive and replied quickly, which I appreciated. I’d also recommend carefully reviewing the lease terms and ...documenting everything, as there may be charges or deductions at move-out that aren’t obvious at first. The main positive is the location—it’s very convenient and close to many stores and essentials. December 21, 2021I love living at deane hill! It’s location is amazing and you can’t beat the price! I’ve been here 8 months and have loved every minute of it. The property is kept clean and parking is so easy. The office staff and maintenance team is top notch! The property manager and the assistant property manager are super nice and you can tell they really love what they do! I hope they never leave!! The maintenance team is also super nice! Dirty apartments
November 19, 2021Disgusting apartments. The website and apps show new updated apartments, or just nicer cleaner apartments, but they are far from it. Bugs coming from every corner. Hella roaches inside and outside. We complained to the office & they admitted they were aware of the apartments conditions. They said “we can refinish the tubs if you want but it’ll take a day or two”. Why wouldn’t they do that before people moved in? Dirty people. Dirty place. September 27, 2019There are quite a few positives about Deane Hill Apartments: 1.) Location is great 2.) The staff is very responsive to needs 3.) Maintenance is fairly good at being prompt 4.) Ample amount of parking 5.) I was skeptical about only having WOW! internet available (the property has since put in Comcast too), but WOW! has been a great company 6.) A home i will never forget.
July 17, 2019Had a great experience living here since 2015 after having to move from Copper Point apartments on New Years due to an electrical fire in the middle of winter.Vanessa and her staff welcomed us and made us feel at home by expediting our moving process during a difficult time.I am sorry to have to leave my apartment at this time and would like to thank Vanessa the property mananger and her staff for yet another and my final year here at Deane Hill.My family and I would like to thank everyone for ...their support during this entire year as we cope with our tragic loss of my twin grandbabies.Property Manager Responded

July 10, 2019We moved to Knoxville from out of state and were referred to Deane Hill by a friend who had recently moved out. It is a great location in W. Knoxville – close to everything. We had a newly remolded unit (townhome) with new hardwood floors, countertops, kitchen appliances, and carpet. It was not often that we needed anything but the management (Vanessa and Brittany) were awesome and helped us quickly. They often went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and at home. We went to the pool all ...the time in the summer and loved having the tennis courts and work out facility close. Our kids had quite a few friends who lived at Deane Hill too, and we also enjoyed the Elementary school they attended.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great place to live
January 6, 2019An excellent place to live. Central to everything you could need for shopping whether its a late night run to the super walmart or some early morning breakfast at waffle house ir ihop. Seconds to the mall located directly across the street. Very peaceful, safe and quiet. Definitely a place to raise a family.Property Manager Responded
