Lived here for last five years. LR Management took over about four years ago and maintenance has gone downhill. My AC started acting up about three years ago, and the maintenance people do everything they can to avoid repairs. If you are not home, even though they have spare keys, they will say that the unit is inaccessible, and close the work order. To make matters worse, none of the maintenance people are HVAC certified, they don't actually fix or service the AC, they use a contractor. But they ...
won't call the contractor until the unqualified maintenance worker "inspects" the AC to "troubleshoot" the problem. Last, you are never updated as to the status of your work order, except the day someone is coming out, that's when you will be called. So expect to take off from work/school so you can be home to be sure they actually do the work.
