Old and filled with roaches
October 19, 2022If you would like to live with ROACHES falling out your cabinets, this is the place. They only spray when you beg and mention how unhealthy and unsanitary that is. After spending time and energy begging, they may spray (sometimes they flat out ignore you) and it "fixes it" for like two weeks, during which, you will see 10 roaches instead of 30 running out of the kitchen every time you enter. It is absolutely disgusting. Also, they don't fix the big stuff until you leave, such as the sink that ...leaks, or the cracked window. But the cherry on top are the conditions that they will throw at you when you don't renew the lease! Surprise! You have to pay for professional carpet cleaning! And for the painting! don't expect your deposit back and you will probably have to pay more! Basically, you will be living in a 60s apartment, poorly insulated, ridden with ROACHES (and even FLEAS!!! even if you have no pets!!). Definitely not worth it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 4, 2019-safe at night -Walkable to UGA Campus (15 mins) -3 min walk from UGA's Milledge Bus Line (Waddell stop) which runs every 7 minutes from 7:30am-7:00pm -Quick to address maintenance requests -Mostly student live here -Chill, people are quiet, and keep to themselves so con if you are looking for social neighborsReview from Apartments.com
