    I've lived here going on 2 years when I tell you it's great place to live it really is! There has been few issues with property management company but they were rectified quickly. The site manager Kathleen is awesome! She really cares about the residents and if you have an issue it's fixed immediately! Maintenance is Great they really do thrive for excellence and they listen to understand!

    They have roaches and mice. The management company is rude and dont follow the rules they dont care about us tenants they just want quick money. Not sure how the health department isnt involved. My building isn't secure anyone can just walk in. Constant change in management because the new company is horrible and dont care about the families that live here. I would not pay 5 to live here anymore the apts are literally falling apart.

    I have been a tenant for a short period of time, but have had this complex managed by three different companies. Each new management firm seems very "overworked" and there are several delays in repairs. Additionally, each management company has changed the renter requirements, so there has been tenants who have moved in and had parties till 3 am on a weekday, had fights in the parking lot, throw trash in the parking lot, etc. I have conversed with tenants who have lived here several years and ...
