I’ve been here for almost 8 months now. I am still very happy here.. my Maintainence issues are ALWAYS handled within a day’s time, or if a longer time is needed, communication is excellent.
The complex is well kep, quiet and friendly!!

So far, everything has been going great! I’ve submitted several maintenance requests, and the team has been very responsive each time. Communication has been clear and positive, and I appreciate how quickly they address concerns. I’m not sure if every request has been fully completed yet, but overall, my experience has been very good so far.

For the two years I’ve been living here everything is great! I just hate coming home to my apartment smelling like marijuana due to the neighbors!! I’ve complained before but it’s gotten worse since then. I should not have to come home and my things are smelling like I sit home and smoke all day!!

I like where I live. I wish there was another place where the garbage can go. None of the residents can enjoy our porch because the garbage odors are too overwhelming. Other than that, all is well!!!
