Incredible Maintenance Team
October 14, 2025Recently had my HVAC system changed out. Maintenance worked hard, smart, and diligently for hours. Jay was the lead technician and he worked tirelessly to get the job done. Right at Home!
May 4, 2024My boyfriend and I moved in at the end of April. So far, everything has been amazing! Kelly and Angel in the office are so nice and thoughtful. I love that they don't have any breed restrictions for pets, as we have an English Pitbull Terrier that is so sweet but most places wouldn't accept him since he's mixed with a Pitbull. Great place to call “Home” Super Service & Personnel

Caring, Friendly office staff and accommodating to our needs, quick to attend to any problems that arise. Located amongst grocery stores, restaurants and great school districts if you have children. I LOVE THIS PROPERTY

Quiet, Pleasant, Convenient
May 4, 2023The office staff is courteous and helpful. The maintenance team is responsive. The grounds are well maintained. It’s quiet; the neighbors are friendly but not intrusive. It's fine, but not "luxury"
August 9, 2022I want to start by saying management was fine, and I have nothing but great things about maintenance. While the price is fantastic, my issues come from the community and lack in some essential areas. The community: It's a salad bowl of people. While there is a fair share of friendly neighbors, there are also some unpleasant people. One resident loved to scream outside, and another would walk around with an unconcealed AK. This happened at least once every other week. The gym is in the middle of ...the parking lot, and people would work out at night with the lights off. Apartment: Has a popcorn ceiling. We were promised stainless steel and hardwood floors, and we did not receive the appliances till much later, and of course, we received carpet. Our fridge was supposed to have an ice machine, which never came even after reminding management throughout the year. The stairs on the apartment building have nails coming out and rotting wood. Amenities: The pool is open for maybe three months of the year. The gym is small but good (avoid at night). The tennis courts, dog park, and pond viewing area are great. The parking lot NEEDS better lighting.Property Manager Responded

Last 8 months they have been operating under new ownership and has quickly turned into my worse living experience in 8 different complexes.
