I’ve tried multiple times to reach management regarding an application, both by phone and message, but have received no response. It’s very disappointing, especially after touring the apartment and hoping to make it our home.

I am absolutely in love with my apartment. It is spacious and bright. The high ceilings make it feel even more luxurious. There is plenty of storage throughout the apartment which is hard to find. It is quiet and all the tenants I have met are friendly. The property manager went above and beyond trying to help me find the perfect unit for my needs and she definitely succeeded. You will not be disappointed moving to Deephaven Apartments!

I have been a resident of this apartment since it opened in July 2021. I have not been able to consistently contact ANYONE about issues such as holes in the floor and the elevator breaking (it has broken four times since the apartment opened). I have never seen any faculty of the management company since the day of move-in. The quality of the apartment is overall very nice although the management ruins it by having an extreme lack of communication.

I have been looking at this listing for about a month now, and I decided to call yesterday, and on here it says “coming soon” for every type of unit, we’ll they only have 2 and 3 bedrooms left but haven’t updated the posting. So don’t bother calling about a 1 bedroom they’re all taken already.
