April 3, 2019This is my 2nd time living at Deepwood. The service & management are great! The grounds are kept clean. I love the landscaping & common grounds. I enjoy using the pool in the summer. Used to be Resident
February 2, 2019This place has poor management period! The manager is so rude, and could care less when you have problems. She will tell you that is just apartment living, and you have to get used to it. The buildings and grounds are not kept up at all. The outdoor lighting is so poor, that you don't even feel safe walking at night. Every year they raise the rent at unreasonable amounts, and could care less that your a senior citizen on a fixed income. The main manager is so rude when you call to speak about something she doesn't want to hear it. I wouldn't recommend living in these apartments. Walk Friendly
September 3, 2015Deepwood North Apartments is perfect for those who like to walk to restaurants or stores. It is across the street from the Great Lakes Mall, there are 2 grocery stores within an easy walk. (Giant Eagle & Aldi) The complex has several buildings and every one comes with a space in the garage. They are very diligent about the upkeep of both inside and outside all the premises and they check the heater and air conditioner units twice a year. You can choose either ground floor or a second floor. ...It is only 30 minutes from Cleveland Ohio with easy access to two freeways. There is public transportation available for anyone without a car via Laketran - either Dial a Ride or you can walk to the mall and hop on one of the many standard routes. August 23, 2015A home to be proud of. As a resident at Deepwood North Apartments for 15 years I feel qualified to give an unbiased review. They feature 1 & 2 bedroom units with 1 or 1 -1/2 baths. All units have gas heat and central air. New windows. Updated kitchens and baths. The complex is situated and a beautiful wooded park like setting. Located near all conveniences such as grocery stores, gas stations, banks and the mall.
