My Bedroom Ceiling Caved In
August 26, 2021Started off as a tiny leak, called maintenance and was told it would get worse before it got better. A day later, there was a crack going across the bedroom ceiling and again that was leaking. A week later, the ceiling caved in, leaving a large gaping hole. Maintenance came several times saying that there was nothing they could do until the roofing was completed. Which he also stated that it took over 2 years to even start the process. Why wait so long to get the roof fixed? This type of issue ...does not happen over night. Office staff also was very oblivious and careless to the concern of the ceiling. Deer Creek 3rd Floor Apt
August 12, 2015We love the location. We are about 5 minutes from Walmart in Austintown and close to fast food, dollar store, etc. Boardman is also about 15 minutes away and has every store and restaurant imaginable. We chose this apartment because it had a much bigger kitchen than the others we looked at. It also has a walk-in closet and a large pantry. The living room and bedroom are also very large compared to the others we saw. Two things we didn't like are that there is no built in lighting in the living ...room or bedroom so you have to have strong lamps to light up the rooms. Also, the third floor apartment tends to get very hot and we have to run the a/c wall unit constantly in the summer to keep cool.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Very nice apartment complex
August 10, 2015Apartment is plenty spacious and roomy, well-kept and clean, a nice place to live. Rent is very reasonable and affordable, especially considering the area. However, faucets are very touchy and go from hot to cold at random intervals. Located less than four miles from the main strip of Austintown, so very convenient location.Review from Apartments.com

Swimming with possibilities
July 21, 2015The kitchen could use some updating, including adding a microwave. The location is good. The best attribute is the indoor pool. Only problem is that it is only open when the office is open, so if you work 9:00 to 5:00 you don't get to swim unless it's your day off.Review from Apartments.com
Run for the hills!
July 17, 2014My fiance and I have lived here for a year, before we signed our lease the staff was so kind and courteous shortly after we signed they were extremely rude. Within the first 3 months we came home to a ceiling that was leaking, earwigs were coming into our apartment so we called the office and had asked if the maintenance staff could fix it asap, we have called several times to have the problem fixed and they dont seem to care whatsoever, they will charge you for every little thing and dont let ...them full you with the extra $15 a month they'll charge you for an "updated" apartment, its a complete scam. Do not make the same mistake we did, anyone can do better then this place! Avoid anywhere that is run by GMS management.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
