Dishonest
July 21, 2021We lived here for 18 months. It is the worst place I have ever lived. Furthermore upon moving out we were lied to about our deposit and it was not returned. I have NEVER had a problem receiving my deposit from any previous rental. I am a COMPULSIVE cleaner and actually resorted to performing my own repairs and maintenance on the apartment. I had documented the damage to the walls upon moving in. I have it in writing signed by management yet upon moving out I was charged for painting. I did not ...hang up anything and I am being charged for the documented damage. Also they refuse to do a walk through. They are now charging me for cleaning. The apartment was SPOTLESS a when I left. The management even told me that maintenance said the apartment was clean. But now I am being charged for cleaning. I asked what they had to clean. Management stated some appliances. I asked which ones. She refuse to answer and directed me to corporate. I cleaned every appliance including the washer and dryer inside and out. I washed the walls and fans. Seriously. I have called and emailed corporate with NO response. Do not move here. It is unsafe and not maintained well.
