Terrible Maintenance Highly Pissed!

I haven’t even been here a good 2 months yet and I’ve had a leak in the bathroom in my grandson’s room. It’s been almost a week since I sent a request and they still haven’t come to fix it yet! Not a good way to start off!

I moved here in January of this year and was told by several people that it was a nice place. It was close to both work and shopping. Well now I'm ready to go. The gate never works, hasn't in 2 yrs according to other residents, there has been a huge influx of crime; shootings, burglaries, and grand theft. I no longer feel safe walking my dog. I've gone to the leasing office several times about the issues but the company doesn't seem concerned for their residents, they'll respond to online reviews ...
with some "hey sorry...please contact us...yadda yadda yadda" pretending to care. Trash is a huge problem too as residents just leave it around and the dumpster constantly overflows and smells. I can only say that residents are nice and are mostly military families. Just find another place to call home because this place has become the hood.

Love the complex, staff and working members are extremely professional. The area itself is fantastic, grocery stores and restraunts surround the area. Marcus is the gentlemen I work with when I need any kind of maintenece or adjustments to my lease, he is very knowledgable and personable as well. Awesome staff, awesome area, clean apartments!

Living at Deer Meadow has been great! The office staff is always exceptionally friendly and really great at what they do. Ken, our manager, has truly been awesome! He is always working really hard to make sure Deer Meadow is great. I find it to be clean and also really like the theater residents can use to watch movies! I have never had a problem with anything!

This place sucks and anyone who says otherwise is not being truthful. The maintenance men NEVER fix ANYTHING. it’ll be years before they come, there’s also roaches and we pay $15 for pest control to still have pests. It’s INSANE. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I have been living here about 3 months now and I love it. Despite the hassle of entering and exiting the property with the massive traffic jam, it is a great community. I wish some of my neighbors in my building would be a little more considerate when disposing their cigarette butts! Why leave them on the community ground, it makes the place look trashy. The ladies in the office are awesome. I stop in often to grab a cookie and a pop and just to speak. They are always friendly!

I Been living here 3 years, and I never had a problem until new management took over. Within the last 2 months they have very nasty attitudes,and don't really care about your concerns. My family and I have been living here in Deer Meadow Village for 5 years and we absolutely love it! During our stay we have received the best service from our managers to the maintenance department. I love how they are making sure that the complex looks great from trimming bushes,cutting grass and keeping our sidewalks clear of trash. It is also a pet friendly atmosphere that I love as well. My dog loves it too!! So to give anyone who may be interested in finding somewhere pleasant to call home ...

My likes and dislikes about this community are: Its a great place all in all. Only thing that bother me is the front gate because its always broken and its onlu for looks. The staff here is very nice and they will go the back for you. Only reason I'm moving is because I'm buying a house other then that I will b staying.
