ROACH INFESTATION
October 2, 2023DO NOT MOVE HERE. Day 1 of moving in bugs started coming out at night. New borns, egg shells, big ones, every morning & night I am having to play exterminator, I wake up roaches near the bed & on the wall, bathroom-roaches, kitchen-roaches, counters-roaches. August 14, 2015Deer Oaks is a great place to live. rent is appropriate for location.Staff is very helpful. Maintenance is on the ball ALL THE TIME. Quiet considering being located close to a small fire station. Been here over a year , haven't heard of any crime yet. as far as shopping and restaurants.... there is plenty,and not a far distance what so ever.Review from Apartments.com
Not bad
August 12, 2015Deer Oaks is an older apartment complex. The small apartments feels roomy and gives the illusion of being slightly bigger than what they are. Also for being the older apartment there is little better insulation against sound from other apartments. Although these apartments are not perfect they're better than some departments I've been in the past.Review from Apartments.com
Deer Oaks is okay
July 23, 2015I currently reside at Deer Oaks apartments. I have only been here for a few months the staff is friendly the apartments are very nice and fairly quite besides the occasional siren but that is expected when you live in the medical center. Now on to the bad maintenance is pretty bad, everyone since I moved in I have had an issue with my hot water and have placed several work orders. They come out but the issue never gets fixed, my car was broken into and I know that isn't the apartments fault but ...when the parking lot is pitch black at night because maintenance can not replace the burnt out lights, anyone can come and go as they please since they won't be seenRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Looking to relocate to warmer climate
March 26, 2014The video was great! Needed to know if stove and refrigerator are included? I do know someone who lives there and have visited him. I enjoyed myself and the tranquility. I would love it there from what I have seen. I am 57 years young and kids are grown. looking for a place that is warm and safe as well as enjoyable.
