    The staff are caring, attentive and follow through on promises made. As a new resident, I feel very welcomed! The buildings and landscaping are well maintained throughout the property and a small issue in my unit was handled immediately. Neighbors are friendly and considerate with one another. Great job to everyone managing the property and for fostering a terrific atmosphere.

  • Management engages resident in unprofessional manner

    I will say, the property in itself is nice. The disappointing factor is how management interacted with me. I raised a concern, they dragged it on for 3 months before they tell me they can't resolve the issue and the best part is, when they did they blamed me for having, "unrealistic expectations" as opposed to taking accountability for the timeframe it took. No resident should have to experience this or be talked to in this manner. Just tell me you can't meet my expectations (which are more than ...
    reasonable based on the advice I received from others in the industry). Be professional about it. Don't be rude and insult the person who's giving you their business. Just classless behavior for an apartment complex that prides themselves in being high-end luxury apartments. Just my opinion.

  • Loving it

    Sold our house and thought we would only be a few months. After a few months we sign for a full year. Loving it. The amenities are great - gym, pool, dog park, community grills and the clubhouse room are awesome. We even rented out the clubhouse for a small event and people were impressed. Rentals feel brand new, spacious, nice size balcony. Can't beat the location. Grocery stores within 5 minutes, restaurants and shopping right across the street, great trails to walk and bike. They are willing to go above and beyond to ensure the residents have a safe, clean, and comfortable place to live. The amenities are endless.     This property feels like a "staycation". Everything you need is within the property, as well as, ample shopping within walking distance. This has been a great experience living here. The entire staff is amazing. If you want a new home with ZEN, this is the place for you.

  • Fantastic in every aspect

    When I was looking for apartments in the area I had trouble finding a building that had been built/refurbished(nicely) in the past few years. The moment I tour the facility I immediately knew that DPC was going to be the place I set up shop for a while. The set up of the buildings is great all the neighbors I have been around are friendly and non problematic. However one of the best aspects of this place is not the facility or it’s amenities but rather the management and the service staff. ...
    They’re all extremely nice and easy to work with. I bet you would have a hard time finding a problem that Chrissy couldn’t handle. Love this place!
