Deer Ridge is located off of 63rd Street, just south of the Racoon River on the western edge of Des Moines. This apartment community includes 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units with multiple baths. Bugs and other issues

Buildings have bug issues, broken glass is everywhere and never cleaned, other tenants will hit your car and management will tell you their cameras don't work, kids trash the buildings, fire alarms seem to be a constant the last few months, issues aren't actually fixed, honestly I could go on and on. Sign a lease here and you won't be able to wait until it's over and you can move out.

This is a very spacious one-bedroom apartment. I have more than enough room for my belongings and do not feel as though I am in a closet or dorm room. I love the huge kitchen, dishwasher included. My bedroom closet is so big, I could fit a twin size mattress in it if I wanted. I have so far been happy with my living arrangements.
