I've been here since the place was built in 2003. We were one of the firsts in the complex. The staff has went through many changes over the almost 20 years and the current staff is the best by far.
As with any "neighborhood" it goes through it's ups and downs, but right now it is at it's highpoint. Neighbors are very friendly you just have to put in a small effort to get to know them.
Very pet friendly! There are open fields to the north and south of the property and there have been coyotes ...
running around from time-to-time, so just be careful walking your pets at night.
Kids run around and play together during the day. They ride bikes in the parking lot and even set up a basketball hoop on the street. Everyone seems to be careful and on the lookout as they drive through the complexes and streets.
The property is set back off the main street Nevada and surrounded by businesses no other residential homes or apartments around for what seems to be miles, but most likely is just over a mile. Shopping for anything is very close. Best Buy, Target, Walmart, Safeway, Winco, and the whole Northpoint and the Division Street Y is at your disposal.
Parking isn't assigned and they need more disabled parking spots outside of each building. They have them clustered in small areas and ,my building doesn't even have one spot at this time. I'm just glad it's easy to find a spot at anytime right in front of the building, so now real complaint here.
Knowing what I know after 20 years I would move back in right over again. I wonder if they give an assigned parking spot with 20 year sign right in front of my breeze way when we hit the 20 year mark. I guess I'll find out soon. ;-)
