September 7, 2023Since I only have 50 characters, let me be as direct as possible— persistent pest issues and neglectful property management. Apartments are not well kept, cabinets reek of mildew. Invest your $$ somewhere else.Property Manager Responded

Great place for family, peace and quiet
December 5, 2018I've been living at Deer Valley for just about a year now and I have to say it's been one of the best communities I've lived in. I used to own my home so I'm not really used to apartment living but this place has eased me into this type of living. The management has been nothing but courteous and the maintenence crew are timely, professional, and super friendly. If I have ever had a problem, it's been fixed no later than an hour or two after reporting the issue. It's a clean quiet place ...nestled in a little valley which is nice. The only problem is the cell service drops when you pull in. You only get 1 bar which is a little annoying but as long as you have wifi you won't have an issue. Over all I really enjoy living here and I think you will too!Property Manager Responded
