I feel these apartments are safe (assuming the main door is not dysfunctional as it was several times during our stay). The apartments are nice and at least our apt had a nice view which included birds and greenery. The staff is pretty responsive, but has claimed more than once that 'it's up to management' such as the lack of a heater in the pool. but by far the most frustrating thing is the constant intrusion into the apartment. Many things that should have been taken care of prior to the move ...
in had to be nitpicked one by one once we moved in.. things such as filter changes, battery changes, key checks, constant inspections, etc... crazy invasion of privacy. If you're okay with that then the place offers a pleasant environment and we especially liked hearing the taps from the nearby navel station at night.
