Very well maintained apartments

Beautiful Apartments
September 8, 2024I’ve lived at Deer Valley Villas for three years, and it’s been a great experience. These apartments are in a perfect spot for shopping—you could walk to the Hyvee next door! Very Nice Apartments

Best property to stay in Moline / Silvis
April 12, 2023Deer Valley Apartments is the best place to stay in Moline/Silvis it is calm, clean and well maintained community. Clean, cozy and beautiful houses. Jeff is the best person I have met. Quiet, Clean, and Affordable Community
June 30, 2022The staff have been so kind to us and worked quickly to get us into our apartment. It is a very well-maintained property and I believe that every unit at this community includes a washer and dryer. Very nice place
February 16, 2022Been 5 states in 5 years and 6 is around the corner. I would stay another year here if work permitted.without a doubt.Great location, walking distance to just about any type store you want,within a mile or less.Apartments are very clean and updated or newer. The apartments for the whole part are very quit as of sound,thick walls,nice doors and windows and blinds.. With that being said I chose a first floor and you are going to hear the people above you and having a larger person you aren't going ...to avoid that. It is located in a newer section of town,which is clean,safe with a police station,hospital around the block.Apartment has a nice washer and dryers included,water/sewer, cable and decent internet all included at a great price. The electric is the only extra unless you want a garage but a little pricey and they have carports at a decent price.As far as the review about the cleaning , I normally get my full refund as I clean top to bottom, replacing stove drip pans,pull out appliances,hands and knees ect.The only place that kept some of my money was a sister company to this one in Howard WI,Canterbury Creek Apartments.So 3 gave me 100% and 1 said 1 1/2 hours cleaning X 2 ,or something.I don't remember how much but ya whatever.But I think this place was a great pick and super deal with a sweet location.Property Manager Responded
