Deer Valley is my first home living alone and I am grateful for the pleasant experience I had in this community. Buildings were well-maintained, clean and quiet. Parking space is ample and the property felt really safe. It was awesome living here, too bad I had to move out for work.

I’ve lived at Deer Valley Villas for three years, and it’s been a great experience. These apartments are in a perfect spot for shopping—you could walk to the Hyvee next door! The people in the office were always friendly and quick to respond. Overall, I loved living here and would have stayed much longer if I could!
