Excellent Maintenance
November 4, 2017
DVTH has the best maintenance. They fixed my window recently dislodged by the wind. They fixed it the same day I notified them. They plow early in the morning on routine storms or plow multiple times on the big storms. Shovel crew, snow blowers etc, etc. Landscaping is great too. They don't let any significant time pass when there's an issue.

An Amazing Place to Live!

This town house complex is a GREAT place to live! My partner and I lived in the "Mystic" (2 bdr/2ba/2-car garage) unit in Deer Valley for a year, and it was an amazing experience. The town homes are very well maintained both inside and outside, and the beautifully maintained landscaping provides a very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Connecticut winters. The closet and storage space at Deer Valley cannot be beat (which was one of my favorite things about this place due to the amount of clothes and shoes I have O:-)). All the workers, especially Amy and Cheryl, were very friendly and accommodating, and made sure we felt right at home. The fitness centers (at both Deer Valley and Deer Valley North) are very clean with excellent equipment and weights. The pool was also clean and well-maintained, and helped make our Summer 2017 very refreshing. My partner and I loved living at Deer Valley. The reason we had to move was due to my job relocation from CT to NY, but if we could, we would've taken our Deer Valley townhome with us.

Deer Valley Townhomes is a beautiful place to live. We've lived here for 3 years and are moving to another state because of work. Of all the rentals we saw in CT ,around the Hartford area, this was the best ! School district is also great ! We've loved our stay here. The office staff Amy ,Brenda and others are amazing and very responsive . Any maintenance request was addressed within 24 hrs. The cons are that after living here you expect your next house also to be as great as this but it is hard ...

perfect place to live!

My husband and I have been here for 3 months and we love it! I feel like I live in a village. The grounds are so pretty and I love the lights around the whole complex at night. We put in maintenance request in the morning and we get home and all is done. Great maintenance crew! The girls in the office are friendly and professional. I hope to be here for a long time.

Our 3rd Santini home - Kevin Santini built our first 2 homes, so when we decided to downsize, Deer Valley North seemed a good plan. The Santini "footprint" is seen consistently throughout - quality - quality - quality. The the office staff is helpful and personable as well as highly professional. Paul and the maintenance team have been very responsive with regard to any questions or concerns we have. We just signed out lease and couldn't be happier. With all the amenities available; a pool, club house, work out room, and outdoor grilling station, we are hard pressed to have many negative things to say. We have now lived here for 8 month. We really enjoy live here. It's brand new, beautiful and very nice. They are so good to keep it clean and beautiful here. Many times a year they put new flowers and make sure everything looks nice. If something is wrong they come immediately to fixed it. We have a nice pool all summer and 2 great clubhouses. This is the perfect apartment complex if you want and need well managed and maintained common area. A very peaceful and safe environment where the staff is extremely accommodating and helpful. The complex has a large pool with furniture. A clubhouse with pool table, dining tables, lounge chairs and a workout/gym facility open 24/7. Events are planned for the residents throughout the year.

I have been a resident of Deer Valley for almost 11 years. There were so many pluses to wanting to live here. Only 10 minutes to my job! My apartment is downstairs/upstairs with the downstairs having an open concept. The upstairs has a small sitting area, laundry room, office space, large walk-in closet and very spacious bedroom. Deer Valley is located approx. 20 minutes in any direction to malls, restaurants and theaters. For people with children there are local schools (elementary thru high school). I feel very safe and comfortable in this neighborhood and the neighbors are wonderful.

Gorgeous place

We have been living at Deer Valley for almost 4 yrs. The staff is extremely competent, and courteous .The maintenance staff responds quickly if something has to be repaired. Of all the places we looked at, Deer Valley rates a 5+. The location of Deer Valley is away from the noise and traffic, but not far from services.

Just signed a lease for our eighth year!!!! We have had very few problems since we moved in seven years ago, and the staff has been extremely responsive to our requests. The grounds and the townhomes are well maintained, and we like the sense of community, and the close proximity to shopping, entertainment and the airport.
