  • A Great Place To Live

    November 30, 2020
    Friendly and staff and prompt responses to maintenance requests. The keep the sidewalks cleared and salted in the winter and the parking lots are quickly clean and plowed when it snows. The grounds keeping crew, keeps the yards clean and well maintained. The main street in front of the apartment is busy during rush hour traffic and nice and quite in the evening and during the night.

    I love living here patty is an amazing manager so sweet and attentive Stephen rocks the maintenance the property is quite and clean great neighborhood any issues have always been tended to immediately I’d recommend 100%

    I've lived her for just over three years and love it. I like that is a small complex which allows me to feel I get personal attention when needed. Excellent price for a spacious two bedroom with fireplace, great location and relatively quiet. Management and maintenance is very responsive and in my three years, I've only had a few maintenance needs. They are always handled quickly. Only drawback for me is no in-apartment laundry, but each building has its own laundry room instead of having to ...
    share with the whole complex. Definitely recommend!

    I have lived here about two years! Renewing my lease once already! I really like it here! Yes the apartments are a bit outdated and I do wish washer and dryer hook ups were available in at least some apartments. But I do think that the grounds are kept clean the neighbors are nice and friendly and the staff is very attentive to your needs!

  • WORST apartment in my life

    September 9, 2020
    Apartment is so OLD and poor so everything is not working properly. You will meet 5-6 cockroaches EVERYDAY and your pantry will be raided by mice at night. Water leakage by windows and doors when it rains. Property managers have been changed every 6 months. Apt. office never answer your call/email and it's so hard to get on hold of them for assist. Office always squeezes so hard your money out of your pocket.

    This place has a good price on rent but you definitely see why it’s so cheap. Been living there for over a year and I CANT WAIT TO LEAVE! They don’t have central air, it’s an air conditioning unit and your electric bill every month is SKY HIGH! My water heater also needs to be replaced and they won’t do. Today they told me they were annoyed because I’ve called three times about it. The older woman that works at the office is very rude and condescending. She’ll also call you at the crack of dawn ...
    if she has a question for you. The rent may seem like a fair price but it’s not worth it. The apartments are very very small and cramped and the interior is very shabby looking. Would not recommend!
