There is no maintenance, if something breaks in your apartment you'll be waiting!! My kitchen lights went out over a month ago and I'm still waiting.

December 23, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comSince new management, nothing gets fixed. Our heat has been messed up for the longest time (at least a month), dishwasher has water in the bottom, and our kitchen light is out. The maintenance guy said he would be right back on a Friday 2 weeks ago he didn’t come back and didn’t come back the following Monday. My mom was told she now has to get back on the waiting list until maintenance gets back to us even though she has a disability and that doesn’t matter. Can’t wait to move out in March!!!
