unfortunate times here
August 28, 2024we have lived here for over a year and struggled with many things. Most importantly, we have additionally costly charges on our account that were not described in our lease documents. In addition, we have waited for over 3 months to receive a new lease to sign-so I am not even sure we have a true lease at this point. Multiple attempts are reaching landlord have gone unreponsded to OR it takes weeks to hear replies that are vague and offer no solution to our issues. We have issues with water ...leaking from our ceiling during rainstorms. An open maintenance request that has not been completed in at least 2 months, so do not count on maintenance helping you with issues.Property Manager Responded
